Put your old WTs to good use
by MinisterAmos ini would like to encourage all of you to put your old wts to good use by creating an even more hostile environment for the wtbs.
when you dine in a restaurant out-of-town or one that you will probably not be returnng to, rather than leaving a tip just leave a wt or awake with a note that jehovah's wisdom is worth much more than a tip.
i promise that the server will spread the word about "those damn jws" .

Exercise Check-In Log
by White Dove inafter loubelle's exercise thread, i thought it would be a fun idea to keep a log here and check in with everyone.. i walked 30 minutes yesterday plus after walked to the police station and the witch store about 3 miles away from the y.. food: .
breakfast: 2 pieces of toast: one with pb and the other with honey, coffee.
lunch: hardboiled egg, ham, cheese stick.

Missed my 6 mile walk last night due to weather (thunderstorms/lightning, not good walking conditions!), and it was the same this morning, but it started clearing out around eleven. Took off at 12:15 and decided to see if I could do the six miles in 1:30 instead of the 1:50-2:00 it's been taking me (best time before today was 1:46).
I would walk for a bit, then run (with a visual target in the distance to not stop before), then walk, then run, rinse and repeat. As I was getting closer to home, I saw I had about 20 minutes left to make the goal, and was afraid I'd go a minute or two over, so I pushed REALLY HARD and got home, not in 1:30, but in 1:28! Shaved 18 minutes (3 min/mile) off my previous best time!! But I could tell I'd pushed hard, I was dripping wet, whereas the walks from the past few days haven't left me feeling overly exerted.
The best part? Got on the scale when I got back, before my cooling-down shower, and found I've lost THIRTEEN POUNDS in the past two weeks, since I started this regimen!! YAY!!! Thanks, to all of you, for supporting this thread... it's helping me keep on track.

Where do they have their weekly meetings? At Brooklyn? Which building/floor/room? Is that floor or area off limits to just about everyone? (i.e., under secure guard)? Is the room on an outside wall with windows, or inner area?

OK, here's the FULL BOOK. It's 40MB in size... but it's worth it... :-) Fully indexed, searchable, you can copy text out, all Role Models and Worksheets are hotlinked off the Index at the end, document is in color, just like having the original book!

You're welcome, Eyes! I just finished scanning the last of the 320 pages; just need an hour to put in the bookmarks, and I'll post the rest of the book. I got smart after that preview and cut the binding off, so the rest of the sections look even better.
